Your institution's data deserves bank-style protection — but security should never slow the whole school down. DeskEDU Secure Login gets this balance right: admins sign in with mobile number + password, verified by an SMS OTP; students, parents, teachers and staff keep a simple Login ID + password, because their accounts are created and controlled by the admin anyway.
The clever part is the 24-hour trust window: the day's first OTP keeps working for 24 hours, so an admin who logs out and returns is not spammed with SMS after SMS. Sessions also stay signed in for 24 hours on the same device. OTPs are stored only as secure hashes, wrong attempts are limited, and every login is recorded in the audit log.
