These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Anshu's DeskEDU platform ("Service"), operated for schools, colleges and other educational institutions ("Institution", "you"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service is provided to Institutions on a subscription basis to manage admissions, attendance, academics, fees, communication and related operations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials issued to your Institution's users and for all activity under those accounts.
Your Institution retains ownership of all student, staff and operational data entered into the Service. We process this data solely to provide and improve the Service, in line with our Privacy Policy, and will not sell it to third parties.
Access is billed according to the plan selected at sign-up. Fees are charged in advance for the billing cycle chosen — Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, Yearly, or as a single upfront payment under the One-Time License — and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We may change plan pricing with prior notice before your next renewal.
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting unauthorised access, uploading unlawful content, or using the Service in a way that disrupts other Institutions using the platform.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where possible.
Either party may terminate the subscription as described in the applicable order form. On termination, we will provide a reasonable window to export your Institution's data before deletion.
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
